Basing on the analysis and discussions implemented by the representatives of trade unions involved in the implementation of the Project VS/2018/0030 „Promotion of Youth Workers Involvement and Decision Making in Trade Unions and Undertakings” a specific training program for the implementation of training for young trade union leaders was developed.

The training program for young trade union leaders included the subjects and topics which are the most necessary for the trade union representatives and future leaders in their daily work:

    3. Social Dialogue and Tasks/Roles of Social Partners
    4. Collective Bargaining and Collective Agreements
    5. Roles and Rights of Trade Union Management and Members
    6. Involvement in Decision-Making in Trade Unions and Undertakings
  2. Communication
    1. Professional Communication and Negotiation
    2. Public Speech and Art of Presentation
    3. Non-Verbal Communication
    4. Socionics
    5. Representation of Trade Unions in the Media and Social Networks
  3. Management
    1. General Management Skills (division of tasks, understanding of strengths and weaknesses of employees, etc.)
    2. Marketing and Sales Basics (selling trade union idea)
    3. Conflict Resolution
