Summary
The Training for Young Trade Union Leaders is aimed for young trade unionists who will be offered the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills in issues related to the work of trade unions: legislation, solving conflict situations, public speech, organization of trade union work, communication, socionics, etc. The acquired knowledge will be used by young trade unionists for more active involvement in trade union work and promotion of self-development. The implementation of this training will not only provide new knowledge for young and active trade union representatives and will facilitate the strengthening of trade union capacity, but will also promote the creation of an international cooperation network of young representatives of trade unions.
Work on the development of the training program will be implemented from October 2018 till February 2019, and in April 2019 the international Training for Young Trade Union Leaders, in which the representatives from all partner countries will participate, will take place Latvia.
