International round-table meeting/experience exchange visit to Latvia took place on August 21-22, 2018. Representatives of partner countries got acquainted with the situation related to youth involvement in undertakings and trade unions and current problem issues for trade unionists in Latvia. Participants of the study visit were informed on the progress in development of “Young Active Worker Manual”. Main topic for discussions during the study visit was education of trade unionists and topics to be included in training programm for Training for Young Trade Union Leaders.
